Try berjalan, slow walk, stretch or do light exercises for pregnant moms. once bergerak sometimes boleh hilang penat, tapi if penat rehat sahaja mommy , its okay, there’s a human being in the work inside our body ☺️ Semoga dipermudahkan ♥️
