2.5yr old shrilling

My 2.5 yr old recently started talking and making sentences, with this new change is a new habit of shrilling occasionally at the top of his voice once of twice we distract or make him quite by talking but often its extremely annoying to hear the shrilling, worried that even the neighbors must be disturbed, feeling helpless on how to handle this phase.. #1stimemom #advicepls #shrillingbaby
