Request for HL under subsidised KKH route

Hi all, Am at 24 weeks now and have been experiencing pretty bad numbness and cramps in both legs till i cant really get out of bed/walk far. Since my job requires alot of standing and lecturing, Wanted to check if anyone had any experience getting HL/extended MC for this condition? Thanks in advance!
