Toddler don’t like to sleep

Hi, my 24 months old toddler dont want to sleep and is always sleeping late at night, sometimes even pass 11pm. Her nap is about 2 hours. Even if she nap only 1 hour she also sleep late at night. How to make her sleep earlier?

What is her routine? She only doesn't want to sleep at 24months? It's important to follow a standard routine so that she can follow and know that she is suppose to sleep at certain time.
