Sore and numbing back

Hi mummies! I’m 8 weeks into pregnancy and I’m experiencing lower back pain (numbing kind) especially near my tail bone area. Anyone is experiencing that too? Any remedy to solve this? #advicepls #1stimemom #SendHelp

hi mummy! i had very bad lower back ache during 1st tri. my gynae only allowed me to take panadol which does not really helped much. just rest more. it's going to get better eventually.

unfortunately no because it’s the weight of your growing uterus pressing on the nerve which causes the pain. it’ll ease up eventually
