Toothache ??

22weeks pregnant, first time mom. Still suffering from toothache for 3 days. Natural remedies already done; gargled warm water with salt, brushing my teeth using baking soda and even cold compress. Any tips and advice mommies? Thank you so much! Keep safe everyone.
