20days old colds

My 20days old baby is having colds (it is dry) right now, what can I do?thanks

Akin po salinase drops lang 3x a day 2-3 drops each nostril then use nasal aspirator. Pinatake ko po kasi yung nirseta ng pedia nya, may naging dry ang sipon nya at hirap huminga.
