lots of water. especially after waking up, ensure to have a glass of room temperate water. it will help your digestive system. regarding lactose, may taong mas mahirap ma poop pag nag milk, meron namang may lactose intolerance. try to eat less rice din, cos of its starch content. add more vegies in ur diet, have fruits before any meal not after meal.
