lots of water. especially after waking up, ensure to have a glass of room temperate water. it will help your digestive system. regarding lactose, may taong mas mahirap ma poop pag nag milk, meron namang may lactose intolerance. try to eat less rice din, cos of its starch content. add more vegies in ur diet, have fruits before any meal not after meal.
ganyan din po ako dati,pero ngayon palagi akong kumakain ng oatmeal every bfast.pwde rin po water muna sa umaga ung medyo warm lang tas after 30 mins.saka ka kumain,malaking tulong po un sa regular na pag dumi.hope makatulong din sayo😊
drink ka po ng madaming tubing. dapat po minimum of 3liters a day ang mainom nating mga buntis. then yung kain po natin dapat laging malambot. magsabaw po tau sa pagkain. water therapy lang po pde sa atin. ingat po. 😊
Hi moms, lactulose po. we have the same case, but wag lagi mag lactulose, try to option po papaya, pakwan and mangga po. at prune juice po. God bless you. 😊
We have the same problem po. What I do is I drink around 2-3liters para mkadumi tapos minsan yogurt or yakult pag nagawi ako sa grocery at may pambili 😁
Baka po sa kinakain ninyo. Pag mga fastfood po, nakaka-constipate talaga. Kain po kayo ng maraming fibers na food and lots of water.
fruits , green leafy veggies,any foods rich in fiber and more water po. kapag hindi tlga effective ask ur ob po for prescribed laxative po.
May nabasa din ako in one of the posts na ung cause ng constipation nila is sangobion FA. better check with your ob kung pwedeng palitan.
my ob prescribed lactulose. kasi kahit anong inom ko ng water at kain ng oatmeal, matigas pa rin poop ko. 😭 ngayon okay na po.
