The White particulars are the not digested milk formula fed to the baby, and the baby's stomach is not strong enough to digest the formula milk yet. However, the baby has to take in as many nutrients as they need already. So it is normal for their poop to have the remaining white milk formula.
My bb poops this way too! We are on Lactogen 1.
