2 yrs old nightmare

My 2 yr old keeps crying at night. Can be once, twice or even more. Like suddenly cry while sleeping, cry murder like as if someone whacked her up. Its so tiring to attend to this every night. It has been ard 1 month since this is going on. Is it normal? Is this nightmare? Some ppl say cos child too active. Is it true? Her activities have been the same, CC then home. #pleasehelp #advicepls #1stimemom

it could be night terrors. what worked for me was to cut off screen time hours before bed time. and let him calm down, read a book or have some quiet time and a dimmed lighted room after dinner before sleeping. i switched on white noise as well.
