Hindi naman po maapektuhan gatas nyo as long as unlilatch pa rin si baby. Ang most probably na maaapektuhan ay yung health nyo mismo. So just be sure to keep yourself healthy. Breastfeeding in itself already burns a lot of calories so huwag rin naman po hayaang magutom ang sarili ninyo π€
