Follow your OB and always drink your prenatal vitamins and milk. Avoid salty foods, sweets, coffee, processed food, instant foods, and alcohol. Eat more fruits and veggies especially nsa 1st trim ka plng kaya mas ok n more nutrients ang mkuha ni baby pra sa development nya. If you feel any pain as long as wlang spotting or bleeding, it's normal. Otherwise, go to ER/hosp right away.
