Congratulations Ma! Keep yourself hydrated always. Saka eat healthy food and snacks po. Always follow your OB /mid wife but also , if your not comfortable po sa instructions or may clarification ka-let them know po. Don't self medicate ma, kasi as much as possible-wala lang medicine na iinumin na di prescribed or allowed ni OB. Also,if hindi ka pa po full term or nasa 37-38 weeks at dinugo ka, don't ask na po if anong gagawin, immediately ask your OB or punta na po agad sa hospital kasi di po normal yun... Ano pa ba? πŸ€£πŸ˜… First time mom din, near to pop out na! few days from now. Just enjoy ma masaya ang pregnancy journey- pero higit na masaya ang motherhood! ❀️ Bless you and your baby

congrats po! wag po masyado magpakapagod, wag magbuhat ng mabigat, now pa lang kumain na po ng healthy foods like gulay and fruits lalo na yung masasabaw na pagkain. increase nyo rin fluid intake nyo more more tubig and buko juice para iwas uti.. uminom ng vitamins na prescribed ng ob gyne, wag po magpuyat, uminom ng maternal mik like anmum always pray and be positive para di mastress..

Follow your OB and always drink your prenatal vitamins and milk. Avoid salty foods, sweets, coffee, processed food, instant foods, and alcohol. Eat more fruits and veggies especially nsa 1st trim ka plng kaya mas ok n more nutrients ang mkuha ni baby pra sa development nya. If you feel any pain as long as wlang spotting or bleeding, it's normal. Otherwise, go to ER/hosp right away.

.mag lakad2 para hindi ka manasin, base in my experience minanas ako sa paa,dahil sa lockdown hindi ako naka pag lakad2 sa labas kaya ito, tinitiis yung manas,masakit at an langit tingnanπŸ˜”πŸ˜”πŸ˜”
