Nutrition from the food you eat should be more than sufficient mama! But if you really are looking for a supplement, I took the Blackmores one for pregnancy and breastfeeding. I bought in bulk for savings so I wanted to ensure the longevity of it so it really helped that I could still consume it postpartum and during my recovery period and breastfeeding journey. Just my thoughts
Only take what is prescribed by your gynae. For 1st trimester normally is folic acid. If you intend to take other vitamins, consult your gynae first cos some may not be suitable for you (health wise).
