Well sa back aches po I've been using a pillow po na makakasupport ng back ko and my tumny pag nakahiga. Kasi pag maternity pillow parang hindi ako maka hinga, i feel like being smothered. While yung food cravings kasi nung nasa 1st tri Palang ako, well something na may gata lang talaga yung gusto ko kainin so my mom kept on cooking for me kasi healthy naman yung cravings ko. I hated junk foods, meat and any processed food eh. Natural lang naman kasi yung cravings and cut yourself some slack kasi natural lang naman yun pag pregnant ka and grabe yung hormones
