Is it safe maglagay ng cold compress sa tummy?

19weeks preggy here. sa sobrang init ng panahon at pakiramdam ko pati tyan ko nilalagyan ng cold compress . but my tummy keeps kicking or something going on inside.. is she/he likes it ba o hindi. or is safe? thank you

baby will not feel it po kasi regulated naman ang temperature sa loob ng katawan natin. drink plenty of water din po to cool yourself and stay hydrated.
