Cough and Colds
19 weeks and 3 days preggy here. May ubo at sipon po ako. Ask ko lang po if baby is still safe sa tummy ko although medyo napupwersa po pag umuubo ako to spit out phlegm. Thank you po!

nag pa flu vaccine na po kyo? ask your OB po medicine na safe for pregnant para hndi mka effect po pag masyado tumgal un cough or colds
Same ubo sipon. 20weeks ako. Okay daw for me yung lagundi capsules, vits c and lots of water
