Light red sensitivity on breasts

Hi, 17 weeks pregnant and always notice some light redness on both breasts around the nipples. Not itchy and no other feeling, and in the day time it’s ok, usually in the evening before shower. Any idea if this happens and if so why? I wear a soft t shirt, doesn’t seem like it would irritate the skin. #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls
