Hello, 14 months na kami ni baby na breastfeed ko siya and I think konti na lang ang nakukuha niyang gatas sa akin. what to do? ##advicepls

hi! same here. almost 14mos na exclusive breastfeed and i’m about to go back to work na, i decided to pump. i was expecting na mga 5ml lang mapupump ko 🤣 but mga 50ml napump ko. and according sa mga nabasa ko, more liquid intake, more breastmilk and think positive daw hehehe
