Hi, my 10yo keeps peeing and pooping in his pants. No matter where we are. He says he doesn't feel the poop at all and most times would deny pooping in his pants until we've checked n confirmed because he says he doesn't feel like pooping. He has been doing this off and on for years. And he goes to the bathroom alot. Before we leave the house, he'd go to pee. As soon as get out and get in the car, he wants to pee again. It's extremely exhausting having to clean up after him especially bcs he doesn't notice or doesn't care enough, he would sit on the furnitures with soiled pants then I'd have to remove and wash everything and spring clean the entire house just to be sure.
Anyone with similar experience maybe can share how you tackle the issue? 😩
