10month old sudden watery poop

My 10month old babygirl is suddenly pooping about 3 times a day, and it’s watery. Didn’t introduce any new food or drinks recently though. Any mummies experienced this before with their little one? Hard poop one day but watery the next.

Absolutely no change in her diet though. But she’s having the flu now too.
