100squats na ginagawa ko with walking pa, pero feeling kk di parin bumababa tyan ko. Ano po sa tingin nyo mababa naba sya or mataas parin po.

Pasensya lang sis. Darating din yan at baba din yan. Unless going 40weeks kana. Walking, squatting and drink lots og water sis.
