1 month old baby twisting head and body during sleep

Hi, my 1 month old baby girl tends to twist her body and head while sleeping. And the side she turns to is usually the same. When I try to adjust her posture she tends to wake up. Anyone has similar experience? Should I be concerned and how should I manage it?

My girl used to be like this too. It’s ok just try to whisper to her that you are going to turn her head and if she wakes up pat her butt to make her sleep back will do. Don’t react too much if you see her waking up. If she cry then carry her and pat her to sleep and when you put her down just flip to the other side will do.
