Is 1 month of breastfeeding enough?

Hi Fannie, It is recommended for babies to be breastfed for the first 6 months and preferably up to a year. However, there are many instances where mummy is unable to continue breastfeeding. Know is not easy. Just try your best and as long as you are comfortable with. Some mothers have to stop due to various reasons. Hence, don't feel stress about it. Enjoy your motherhood.

Try as long as possible. But if cannot, either pump or formula milk. Don’t worry and stress about it too much!!!
