Yoghurt drinks are okay to drink while pregnant in small quantities. They are great for gut health and good immunity, and stimulate intestinal function. Watch out for high sugar content.

Postpartum

During the confinement period, mothers can consume lactobacillus drinks. Probiotics improve the gastrointestinal system. However, lactobacillus beverages also contain high sugar levels, so take care to not drink too much.

Breastfeeding

Lactobacillus beverages are full of good bacteria that keep your gut healthy. However, it is a high-sugar drink so consume in moderation.

Baby

Lactobacillus beverages are not suitable for babies under the age of 11 months.
