Postpartum

Stay away from drinking cola in your postpartum period, new mums. It contains high levels of caffeine and sugar which is not good for you or your breastfed baby.

Breastfeeding

Avoid drinking cola, breastfeeding mummies. It has absolutely no nutrition and is full of caffeine, tannic acid and a large amount of sugar. It is not beneficial to your health or that of your baby.

Baby

Cola is unsuitable for babies under the age of 11 months and of all ages.
