Tips for weaning off pacifier

    I’ve read many say do it cold turkey. But I pity my firstborn. Lol. She’s starting to not want to use her pacifier at night, not sure why. I also don’t ask her to use it. She only uses it for sleep. She’s 15 months. Maybe for a start, give it to your LO for sleep only? Then gradually lessen the hours of usage.

      There was an article about how chilean seabass has actually high mercury compared to real cod fish so probably not suitable to have it daily
