Hi, mind sharing guidelines on solid food for 6 months old baby?

How many times should we feed baby? Can i just start with veggie / fruits purees only? and what about plain water? TIA #tryingtorecap

Yes, they're great for baby's first solid! Try one time first then gradually increase to twice a day when baby has get used to eating. Remember, baby's first solid is just for fun to let them taste food but main is still milk until 1 yrs old. Only give sips of plain water, not too much.
