Hi all! Can I eat durian and raw sashimi while breastfeeding? Tia!

Hi its the season of durian! I just consume it yesterday like 3-4 seeds. But in moderation, it can make your throat dry so drink up more. As for sashimi, i wouldn’t risk it.

yes it’s safe for breastfeeding. just not safe for pregnancy.
