Has anyone ever underwent emergency surgery due to miscarriage ? whats the best supplement / diet to consume ? I heard in TCM context is like have to treat it like confinement 🤷🏻‍♀️ #postsurgery

    Yes, you can consider doing a mini confinement. For me, I still use herbal bath everyday for at least 2 weeks. I also drink red dates and chicken essence. My diet will be mainly ginger related and fish. I did this for 2 weeks.
