Postpartum exercise

I'm 13 weeks into my postpartum journey and had gained 5 inches on my hips from my pregnancy. As much as I try to comfort myself that it's all part of motherhood, it's still upsetting when I'm unable to wear all of my prepregnancy clothes, particularly those shorts and jeans which I love so much.     Dont stress momma. You will lose it when you get in to a good meal plan and get active with some excercise. Dont rush, remember you had a baby in you for 9mths and alot in your body has made way and has adjusted its self for your safe delivery.
