Agree. If you are concerned about the impact of prolonged blue light exposure from all that staring at digital devices on your and your kids' eyes, may be worthwhile to get blue light lenses for them and yourself. Low Haemoglobin

Hi guys.. i am in 23 weeks now and detected with low hbl (10.2) . Is it normal or will impact the further pregnancy or my baby? How to increase the haemoglobin levels? Please suggest. #2ndpregnancy #HBL #Haemoglobin #2ndtimemom #pregnancy

I’m always Low on HBL before preg, but to my surprise when I took my blood test during preg, my HBL was 12.9. You may wanna try to take more red meat, beef (if possible). I couldn’t take beef due to religion, thus I chose pork instead, and I could take liver, which is very rich in iron.
