Massage during 1st trimester

Hello mommies! I have been walking a lot these past weekend and my whole leg from my ankle up to my hip has cramps here and there. I stretched a few times. It helped a little bit but will it be ok to have just a leg massage?

Recently I've asked the masseuse lady that i regularly did my massage from if it's ok for me to have my regular message.. She said yes however I am not allow to do foot reflexology..
