Just let it be, I don’t think there is any medication for hemorrhoids that is pregnancy safe. You can double confirm with your gynae. I was taking stool softener (Lactus) which helped my bad constipation a lot for most of my 1&2 trimester. My gynae prescribed to me but we can also get it at major pharmacies. It lost its effectiveness somehow during 3 trimester. I started to eat a lot of dragon fruits (red, white, yellow), kiwi and brown pear instead. And drink lots of water. All have laxative effect. It helped! My poop is no longer hard and I no longer see blood when I wipe my anus.

How to increase amniotic fluid?

suddenly my doctor saw yesterday that i have lesser amniotic fluid, but she have check that i didnt have leakage. Do u know whats the other reasons behind this? Thank you!

I am not sure about the reason. I also found with low amniotic fluid, I was asked to drink more fluids and get more rest. I had a healthy baby at the end.
