Refuse to drink awake!

Hi mummies! About a month an a half ago I posted here stating that my girl refuse the EBF bottle all of a sudden and would latch occasionally. We’ve been managing it by feeding her when she’s drowsy and asleep. However, up to this day, she’s turning 4 months in a week and a half time, it’s still the same. It has gone slightly better that sometimes she can take 1 oz to half of the bottle awake and then the remaining will be fed when she naps (she’s a catnapper). She takes 120ml every 3 hours. I’ve tried dark room, white noise, rocking, sitting her up, get someone else to feed, even on Sesame Street to distract but she just doesn’t want. She’s scheduled to start purée after her 4 months vaccination but I’m not sure how to go about with her only drinking breastmilk when asleep. Any advices?

Hi mama, May I ask if baby uses the pacifier? Also, is the EBF from a frozen stash?
