gimana yaa bun, caranya untuk menghilangkan atau mengurangi rasa kembung atau begahh pada saat hamil padahal baru makan sedikit, trims bunn

    Saya sering begini bun. Saya akalin kalo makan, minumnya air anget. Terus punggung suka di olesin minyak kayu putih biar anget juga.
