    yes po..kelan konting sweets or kung maari refrain from eating sweets..Bawal po sainyong dalawa ni baby yon..iniiwasan po kasi ang gestational diabetes o pagtaas ng blood sugar niyo habang nagbubuntis ganoon din si baby maaring tumaas ang blood sugar niya..
