sakit perut dibagian bawah puser

Bunda bunda.. ini kehamilan pertama saya Alhamdulillah ud masuk 6minggu. Tapi siang tiba' perut bagian bawah puser sakit apalagi klo dipake jalan rasanya mau ada yg jatuh. Sakit nya masih bisa ditahan sih. Apa ini hal biasa atau karna kecapean yah ??
