Sorry but I had a hard time trying to understand what’s your question 😅. If your concern is regarding tipping toes, it’s normal as they are learning how to walk properly.

Anyone facing baby don't want put leg flat

My baby already 11month the leg don't want to flat

I have my nephew facing the same issue at 11 months but that's because he has short leg, he loves to tip top when walking and his body leaning forward. It is normal but afterwhile it will get better. Sometimes it could be the walker/jumper use cause the little one to tip top. If you have concern about it, during your child check up, you may raise your questions.
