Bun...ada yang sama ga ? Di 30 week perut terasa penuh/ munjuk .baby kaya diatas bgt ke uluh hati sampai ga nyaman bawaannya. Terasa geraknya baby jg diatas bgt. Gimana cara mengurangi rasa g nyaman itu sblm berobat .cari dukun pijatpun ga ada...mohon sarannya bundaaa🥹
