Waalaikumussalam, dlu masa awal kehamilan saya nak buat mcm tu jgk. Tapi bila dah dpt vitamin yg KK bagi mcm obimin doktor suruh stop makan acid folid. Sbb dalam tu dah sedia ada acid folid. Tapi boleh je kalau sis nak makan takde masalah🥰
