Weight gain in pregnancy

Ask lang po sino po sainyo yung hindi po masyado nag wweight gain every month? Nasa .5 to 1 kilo lang po weight gain ko every month from 2nd month up to 6 months ko ngayon. Hindi naman po ako nagselan nung first trimester ko 😕 Pero healthy and okay naman daw po si baby ko as per may Ob.

12-15kg lng dpt m gain ng mother. In 9months
