dah 39minggu belum bersalin. normal ke?

saya dah 39minggu lately ni malam2 akan rasa mcm sakit tapi tak lama. lepastu okay balik, then rasa sakit tapi rasa nak buang air besar. normal ke? atau dah kena pergi hospital?
