Lower back pain and spine hurt

Sinu po sa inyu ang nka try ng lower back spasms? I am 33 weeks and i accidentally have this lower back pain. Maybe it is Wrong position, when i am trying to get something on the floor my lower back suddenly breaks out and it feels so much pain.
