Question lang po 7months na aq pregnant pero wala parin po check up at ultrasound dahil nattkot aq ngayn pandemic anu po posible mangyari

Take ka po ng folic acid and calcium. Pero much better pa din po pachekup para macheck if okey si baby and ikaw mommy. Take ka ng milk for pregnant mommy and buko juice para if ever na may uti.
