bun share dong gimana caranya biar asi ga tersumbat, udah sakit banget keras tp dipompa tetep keluar setetes dua tetes doang. mana debay masih nginep di rs huhuuu😭

    bunda coba rutin kompres air hangat di payudara nya . bersihkan puting pakai kapas + baby oil. lalu lakuin pijat laktasi, di youtube ada bun tinggal cari yg nyaman buat bunda
