Betadine feminine wash

Mga mamsh ask ko lang po kung sino dito gumagamit ng betadine feminine wash after manganak. Pano po ba ung tamang application nun need po ba na every visit mo sa cr magwash at magapply nun. Kasi po as indicated dun 3x a week lang. Since nagkaroon po kasi ako ng perineal tear malaki po kasi tahi ko nacucurious po ako.

Perineal tear

Mga momsh ask ko lang po kung sino dito nagkaroon ng perineal tear. Malaki po kasi ung punit saken kasi 3.6kg si baby nung lumabas. Ilang months po kaya bago gumaling tuluyan yung tahi. TIA
