Kalo aku folamil Genio aja, tapi temen kasih saran minum minyak ikan juga. Aman gak ya Bun.. maklum kehamilan anak pertama jadi saya gak paham betul..

    saya jg konsumsi bio fish oil, minyak ikan, cuma ga tiap hari mba. kadang2 aja dan udh sepengathuan obgyn jg. ini buat jaga daya tahan jg sih salah satunya
