Obat Batuk Berdahak Anak 2 Tahun

Assalamualaikum, siang ibu ibu bunda bunda mommy mommy , mohon masukannya untuk obat batuk berdahak untuk anak 2 tahun , anak saya sudah 3 hari ini batuk berdahak dan cukup menggangu tidur di malam hari Cheers :)
